The 5K is an out and back through downtown Duluth. The start is on London Road at the Rose Garden and the course follows London Rd south onto Superior Street to 5th Ave. W and back.

The 1-Mile is an out and back on London Rd. The route starts on London Road near the Rose Garden, follows London Rd onto Superior Street to the turnaround in front of the Fitger's building.

The Gobble Giddy-Up! Kids Run is an out-and-back that begins near the Rose Garden on London Road and turns around at Duluth Running Company.
